Ordered my wrapping, paid for express delivery. Arrived 3 days later. Have tried to contact for a refund and have been ignored
I am delighted with the customised gift wrap. A lovingly made embroidery needed a special wrapping paper and I wasn’t disappointed. The gift tags are a nice touch. It all looks great and ready to go with a white ribbon!

It's not even been delivered. I ordered it to wrap my friends presents up for his 40th birthday weekend. I was told I was getting it delivered on Thursday 20th August. We went away on Friday 21st August. Had to just wrap it in other paper. I paid quite a bit of money for this. It's not been delivered and I've had no update. Now you are asking me to leave a review. I look forward to a swift response and a refund after this shocking service.

I am a seasoned user of your personalised paper but I think this recent order is the best yet! The standard of the photos is absolutely superb! The efficiency and speed of production and dispatch is excellent as is the wrapping. It makes the gift very special for the recipient
I’m disappointed with the late delivery. The order arrived much later than expected, which was inconvenient and caused unnecessary delays. I understand that delays can sometimes happen, but I would have appreciated better communication and a more accurate delivery estimate. Overall, the service could be improved by ensuring orders arrive on time and keeping customers informed about any delays.
