I was really impressed by the speed of service and quality of paper.
I paid for express delivery (1-3 days). The delivery arrived 5 days later. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and nothing has been forthcoming. The order is now completely useless so that was a waste of more than £40

Product was lovely but unfortunately customer service was poor. I sent 2 emails to the company to redirect my order with 24hours. However they did not respond and my order was not redirected.
Gift wrap was perfect and exactly as described - ordered for my dad’s 80th and the finished product with his face on was a huge hit with all that saw it - would highly recommend to add a real personal touch when wrapping pressies!

Easy to order, quick delivery and great quality product
It’s a bit pricey for what it is, but the pictures are clear, considering I used old photos. The only criticism is why is one picture all on the same row. Surely it would be nicer to print one picture alternately with the other picture in a row. I think that would look nicer. It shows it this way in their examples, but mine didn’t come like that.

Arrived very quickly and in a very sturdy cardboard roll. The wrapping itself is such fabulous quality. Easily cut with scissors and sellotape sticks perfectly. A really good quality product. Would definitely order again. I ordered for my son’s 30th Birthday. It’s was fab!
