Never received my order. Ordered August 24, today is September 10. So disappointed. If your from USA do not order. I chose this company because of the 6-8 days delivery, but on the app it still shows “ready to ship”. It’s not even shipped. and all they say - they can’t control delivery. I could order from other stores if I knew. They need to use other delivery services.
It's the first time I've used simply gift wrap and it won't be the last. The quality is brilliant and the service has been great. Can't wait for my husband to see his own face on his wrapping paper!!
I absolutely love this paper. The quality is so good. The gift tags were a cute added bonus. The delivery was speedy. Even when I had any issues/queries they were dealt with efficiently and effectively. I will definitely use this service again

The gift arrived after 11 working days! Web page states 3-5 working days. When I emailed to complain, as the celebration had passed, I was informed that ‘the bank holiday’ needed to be considered.

I cannot recommend this site highly enough. I ordered personalized photo wrapping paper and they shipped it out the next day. It took a little bit to get to the US but it made it within the predicted time frame and was adorable! Such a cute touch to add to make my little guy’s birthday extra special.
I ordered two sheets just to get my money's worth from the high shipping. That plan backfired because one of the two sheets was wrinkled with white patches from the manufacturing process. Nobody inspected it because they sent it to me this way! They refunded me $6.86 and refused to credit part of the very expensive shipping, so I paid $14.70 for ONE SHEET OF WRAPPIG PAPER! Bad customer Service!
So pleased with my photo wrapping paper would recommend
